Zermatt is an idyllic mountain village at the foot of the Matterhorn and has developed into one of the world's most famous winter resorts. Favored by its southern exposure, sheltered from the wind and generously endowed with snow, Zermatt enjoys some of the most spectacular skiing and boarding in the Alps.

The variety of terrain is tremendous here with a network of lifts serving trails that rise over 12,000 feet. This combination of three inter-connected ski areas offers wide open slopes for beginners while the more advanced can enjoy the challenge of the internationally known expert runs. You can even cross the border and ski to Italy for lunch!

Our most popular apartment is a two story flat that can accommodate twelve people (six per floor).  Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is also a separate laundry area. The living room is wide and bright and smoothly integrates with the dining area.  The flat also comes equipped with cable TV, DVD-player, stereo and a wireless internet connection. Of course, there are a number of other self-catered apartments and centrally located hotels that can accommodate a wide ranger of requests.

International flights into Switzerland normally arrive at either Geneva or Zürich and both airports are fully integrated with the Swiss rail network. Upon your arrival, a representative from Alpine Exposure will be at the terminal to assist you with your luggage and to ensure that your transfer to Zermatt is a worry-free experience. We’ll also provide a picnic lunch and some Champagne so you can relax and watch the world go by, riding through Switzerland's sparkling landscape in the cozy comfort of a swift train.

In addition to having a personal ski host for the entire week, you’ll also have a five day flexi-pass, which will allow you access to all three of Zermatt’s ski areas - you choose the days. And don’t forget to carry your passport because Italy is just a chairlift away!
